The targets of the supplier development at Reifenhäuser are to qualify our suppliers based on what we require and to jointly develop innovative products.
To increase own creativity, we want to integrate the abilities and ideas of our partners into joint projects.
We want to promote ideas and provocative thinking in conjunction with our suppliers, for example in creative workshops.
The purpose of this method is to help all parties to achieve optimal results through a structured workflow.
Reifenhäuser agrees on objectives with selected strategic suppliers. Thus potential for performance is realised within set time spans and with defined responsibilities. |
