Seven steps to partnership with long-term perspectives
With the process described below, we aim to acquire new suppliers that match our requirements and with whom we can jointly work towards optimising the benefits to our
customers.

Step 1: Online application
With the Reifenhäuser material
group code, you have found out
that we might be interested in
your products. Use the comfortable
option and apply online.

Step 2: Inspection and first contact
After we have received your data, we will examine it
to determine whether we have a demand for your
products and services. Subsequently we will contact
you to coordinate the rest of the process. |
Step 3: Online registration
Before you can develop into a partner, we need some
important information about your company.
We will send you a link with a questionnaire that you
have to fill out completely. Of course the information
you provide will be treated confidentially. |
Step 4: Sample order
If your product program is of interest to us, and if
we have a demand for it, you will receive the chance
to prove the efficiency of your products and services
by executing a sample order. |
Step 5: Sampling and inspection
We will inspect your first delivery thoroughly, in
accordance with our quality standards, and inform you
about the results. |
Step 6: Release
If you have fulfilled our requirements and we are of
the opinion that a partnership with you will be of
benefit to our customers, we will approve you as
supplier. |
Step 7: Supplier development
As "preferred supplier", you have received
above-average assessments for several years and your
potential for development is apparent.
Thus you have achieved the prerequisites for your
products to be a preferred choice for our new
developments. In the next stage of
cooperation, you
will be actively integrated into the development and
planning tasks.
We want to combine our strengths with those of our
customers to meet clear objectives and demands and to
increase our innovativeness.
