The material group code is the important foundation for successful material group management.
We assign material groups to each supplier. By means of analysis methods, we focus on the most important potentials and determine individual purchasing strategies.
For our most important material groups, we set up teams that consist of personnel from the Engineering and Purchasing departments, and other departments if required. These teams work on concrete
objectives. |
